The Superintendent General for the North West Department of Education, Mr Lengane Bogatsu is currently engaging with the Principal’s and Circuit Mangers regarding performance and possible challenges experienced by those schools in Technical Subjects.

The engagement is taking place at Solplaatjie Primary School, in Mahikeng Ngaka Modiri Molema District. The meeting is set to address challenges that the schools are encountering on subjects like Civil Technology Woodworking, Electrical Technology _ Electronics, etc. and any other technical issues that are affecting the identified schools.

The SG has has just emphasised the importance of curriculum coverage to meet the department ‘s expectations of 100% pass in Technical Schools. The discussion is aimed at mitigating all the challenges that the Technical Schools experience on curriculum delivery.
