1. Manage and coordinate District Operations.
2. Manage the development of institutions and provisioning of support services.
3. Manage and coordinate the provisioning of Learner Social Support Programmes (including services to combat substance abuse).
4. Facilitate and coordinate the Quality Learning and Teaching Campaign (QLTC)
