EXAMS IN THE NW STARTS OFF SMOOTHLY WITH NO OBSTACLES RECORDED

The North West Department of Education reports that it had a smooth start of the 2025 NSC examinations. Today, 2,760 registered National Senior Certificate (NSC) candidates for Computer Applications Technology (CAT) P1 (Practical) wrote well in 89 schools across the Province. The paper was well monitored, and all schools were covered. There were no major challenges reported during the writing of today’s paper across all centres.

MEC Viola Motsumi conveyed her satisfaction with the smooth start of the examination process at these eighty-nine (89) schools.

” It is promising to mention that our learners are receiving the necessary support to excel in their examinations. We extend our best wishes for their continued success as they progress, and we remain committed to ensuring that every learner is given a fair and equitable opportunity to attain their academic aspirations in these examinations,” says Motsumi.

Tomorrow morning, candidates will sit for a three-hour Information Technology Paper 1 from 9:00am.
