Purpose: To manage and coordinate the implementation of corporate management services.

Functions:

1. Manage and facilitate the provisioning of Human Resource Management services.
2. Manage the provisioning of strategic and governance services.
3. Manage the provision of planning, resourcing, delivery and maintenance of the physical (infrastructure) environment conducive to teaching and learning services.
4. Coordinate Delegations of Authority.
